Roy Horton
Mike and Roy have trained over 10,000 drone pilots in the last 10 years on face-to-face courses.We have been working together for five years and have combined our knowledge, recording the Drone Pilot Accelerator course using multiple DJI drones and cameras, to give you unique fast track “over the shoulder” online training.
Mike was one of the first UK CAA drone examiners. and have been training and examining for over 8 years.
He is a former airline pilot flying Boeing 737 jets. He has trained groups of drone pilots from many organisations including the home office, military, police, fire and rescue.
Roy has run Drone School UK for over 8 years, with training schools at 5 locations in the UK. He has developed a face to face "Drone Flying Formula" and online course that gives the students the skills to fly DJI drones safely. Beginner students fly drones for fun, in small groups of 4 people using a wide selection of latest DJI drones.

You can do the flying exercises in each lesson s many times as you want.
I have bought a drone and flown it a few times. Will the course be good for me?
Yes the course is designed with you in mind. The Drone Pilot Accelerator course is divided into 4 sections - Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Expert. The course takes you through 15 lessons in each section with 60 lessons in total. You can start on the Intermediate section, but most flyers start at the beginner level, as it is very good basic training and sets you up for the rest of the course.
How long do I have access to the course & when does it start?
You get instant access to all the video training in Drone Pilot Accelerator course. Access is for as long as you as you want. You will be sent a login username and password then watch at your own pace, as many times as you want. Get started in the next 2 minutes.
Can I learn all of this on Youtube?

What format is the training on the course?
The Drone Pilot Accelerator course was filmed over three day in North Devon and it follows our proven formula that has been developed from our small face to face courses over the last 8 years. When filming wi uses several drones in the air as well as 3 or 4 different ground based camera angles. We show over the shoulder shots and finger movements on the drone controller.
Can I watch the drone flying training on my phone or tablet
Yes the course is designed to let you watch all of exercises in any lesson on you phone so you can practice the drone flying after you have watch the lesson. Then you can review the lesson on your phone and fly your drone mimicking the lesson time after time.
What is the refund policy
